Improv II Classes (Starting October 13)

Bent Theatre is happy to provide our next session of Improv II classes!

8-Week Class
Sundays (starting 10/13)
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Ages 15+
Cost: $200

Prerequisite: Improv I- consideration may be offered for those who have undergone similar improv training/classes with another established troupe (letter of recommendation may be requested)

Improv II is an expansion on the basic ideas learned during past Improv classes. 

During these classes, you will learn to:
  • Hone individual areas of focus - Emotion, character, flexibility.
  • Nurture partner connection- offers, yes, and taking time at the top
  • Create an exciting environment
  • Pantomime work, space development, purposeful movement
  • Game mastery
  • Developing long form improv 


The class will take place in Charlottesville. The location will be announced to accepted students prior to the first class.

Meet Your Instructor:

Jenn Horne has been teaching and performing improv in Charlottesville since 2004. She is the founder of Bent Theatre Comedy coming to Central VA from Whole World Theatre in Atlanta. $200 is a fantastic price for what she can teach you. Only an idiot would not sign up for this. Don't be an idiot :P
